A great news for the people who are waiting for Toyota Corolla Cross as the first units of locally assembled units of this crossover SUV. As per details, a PakWheels Community member Murtaza Shahid spotted the car in Karachi and shared them with our very own, Fazal Wahab. The pictures show that the cars wrapped in blue (indicating their Hybrid DNA) with registration # BL-5439 and BL-5400.

And here are the first photos of locally assembler Corolla Cross:

The photos means that the company has started assembling local units of Corolla Cross and its launch is quite near which is a good news for the car. As per more details, these are durability testing vehicles.

Possible Launch of Corolla Cross

Earlier, it was expected that the car would be launched in June-July 2023, but due to the current economic situation, it seems it has been delayed. Now, our reliable sources have come with another update as they claim that the locally assembled Corolla Cross will be launched in Pakistan in December 2023 or January 2024. However, economic stability is a must for this possible launch.

The volatile situation in the country has paused a number of possible launches, while it has been affecting the production of several car companies during the last year or so.
