Superbikes have been a phenomenon in itself, but the affordability bracket makes the purchasing decision tougher. Therefore, to enjoy the superbike luxury without breaking the bank, Pakwheel’s today’s bike owner, Subhan modified the Atlas Honda CB150f to give it a unique dimension.

Let’s find in today’s blog, how much it takes to transform an ordinary bike into a sport wheeler.

Purchase Decision

Subhan with his love for super bikes has proved that he is a millennial. Buying a regular commute Atlas Honda CB150f and transforming it into a sports venture requires money and a lot of effort. He bought a new motorcycle in 2022 from the Honda showroom for around 260,000 including registration charges and openly invested in the makeover that made the superbike worth 400,000 now.

Exterior Modifications

Subhan went on with changing clip-ons, shocks, DRLs, and fog lamps. However, he preferred keeping the speedometer original.

He added Barracuda grips, mirror bar-ends, and moxi levers which make this superbike an amazing combination of Kawasaki and Honda specifications.

To enhance the sport bike look, an aerodynamic disc is included in the rear wheel that reduces the wobble along with an extension of the swing arm.

Moreover, to add superfinish, the bike is repainted in candy red.

Engine

The new sports bike has got a genuine engine with a minor replacement of a dual-injector carburetor PZ30 that improves the overall bike performance.

Maintenance

Subhan likes his project bike to be treated special for which he prefers his personal mechanic instead of going to the Honda dealership.

The bike undergoes an air filter and oil change every 4000 km which takes around 1500 to 1600 PKR. However, the bike is efficiently giving 40 to 44Km/L.

Pakistani market is slowly changing their mindsets towards superbikes still the acceptance is rare which lowers the market value of modified bikes. But if you are an enthusiast and want a custom-made bike, click on the Pakwheels page where we have many options available.
