Today’s car review features a 2006 model Mark-X 300G option (full premium), owned by Shahmeer Rana. This car is completely transformed from a stock version to a sporty piece. Let’s find out the details about modification and the investment factor.
Shahmeer shares that he is a loyal Toyota fan who always wanted to buy a Mark-X (GRX-121) with a sunroof. By watching an ad on PakWheels, he routed to this perfect Mark X, which was in stock condition previously.
Mark–X is undeniably a hot cake, making its prices fall on the higher side. This is why he bought this model for 4,800,000 last year.
Shahmeer loved the black and red car theme, so he transformed the Mark-X overall into it. Besides that, he changed the steering and all inner LED switches to blend with the theme. He worked on the dashboard with a carbon touch, adding a luxurious dimension to the overall vehicle.
In addition, he changed the sound system, added Bluetooth connectivity, heated seats, put on the air purifier, and incorporated Lane Assist and Radar functions.
Modification in Exterior
The owner preferred keeping the engine the same; however, he changed the stock suspension to the coil over suspension. He added adaptive headlights and changed side mirrors to Batman cover style. He got the wheels changed from 19 inches rim to 18 inches.
He has been running this mark X for one year, and up till now, he never faced any issue regarding parts availability. However, he noted that the service charges for Honda cars are relatively higher.
On average, It takes 23,000 for maintenance, which he prefers getting after every 6,000 km. He further discussed that Mark–X provides a 9.5 km/L fuel average in city drives, which is better than other Honda cars. Overall, the owner vouches that his modified Mark-X is a complete package, and you will enjoy its drive on urban areas and highways.
