Celebrating the launch of new locally assembled crossover SUV in Pakistan, Haval Jolion, we are comparing the new vehicle with its competitor. This comparison is rather interesting because it is between two cars, Jolion and H6, assembled by the same company, Sazgar Engineering. Haval H6 was launched in October 2022, and this is the second Haval crossover by the company.
In this article, we are going to compare Jolion and H6 1.5T.
Dimensions
The dimensions of Jolion are 4472mm length, 1814mm width and 1619mm height with wheelbase of 2700mm and 212mm ground clearance. And if you look at H6, the car is 4653mm long, 1886mm wide and 1734mm high with 2738mm wheelbase and 212mm ground clearance.
Both vehicles have same boot space of 430 liters and seating capacity of five people.
Engine and Transmission
Jolion has 4-cylinder In Line DOHC 1500cc turbo engine, generating 150hp and 220Nm of torque with max speed of 220km/hour. The engine in H6 is 4-cylinder In Line DOHC 1497cc engine with 151hp and 223Nm of torque and 220km/hour top speed.
Both crossover have 7-speed automatic Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT).
Exterior
Boht cars have 18-inch alloy wheels with 225/60/R18 tyre size. However, Jolion has 18-inch spare tyre in comparison to a 17-inch one in H6. Both cars have LED adjustable headlights, front fog lights, DRLs, panoramic sunroof, rear spoiler, body-coloured door handles and rear spoilers.
Interior
Both vehicles come with electric power steering, dual-zone climate control with rear vents, smart keyless entry, push start, power door locks, power windows and mirrors, steering switches, rear AC vents, wireless charger, CarPlay and Android Auto smart phone connection, FAUX leather seats, and heated seats.
The size of infotainment display in Jolion is 12.3-inch with 7-inch colored combination instrument, in comparison to 10.25-inch screen in H6.
Safety and Convenience
Sazgar is offering a number of similar safety and convenience options in both its offerings like 6 airbags, ABS+EBD, Electric Stability Control (ESC), Hill Start Assist Control + Hill Start Assist Control + Hill Descent Control, 360 View, Adaptive Cruise Control + Intelligent Cruise Assist (ICA) + Integrated Adapted Cruise Control (IACC), Front Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW) + Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Driver Drowsiness Detection + Automatic Collision Unlock Function and Collision Fuel Shutoff System.

The price of locally assembled Haval Jolion is Rs. 8.3 million and the current price tag of H6 is Rs. 9,499,000.
