Maserati’s first supercar in 15 years, the MC20, is packed with cutting-edge technology derived from Formula 1. Under its hood lies a formidable twin-turbocharged, 3.0-liter V-6 engine, generating an impressive 621 horsepower and 538 pound-feet of torque. This powerhouse allows the MC20 to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in a mere 2.9 seconds, with a top speed reaching 202 mph. While these figures are already outstanding, there is still room for enhancement.
A German tuner called Edo Competition has discovered areas for improvement in the Maserati MC20, particularly in terms of power output. However, performance wasn’t the sole focus for Edo. They also dedicated efforts towards enhancing the engine’s sound. To achieve this, they introduced a new stainless steel exhaust system developed by Capristo Automotive. This exhaust system features golden anodized end pipes made of meticulously milled aluminum, measuring 125 millimeters in diameter.
Thanks to the folks at AutoTopNL, we get to see a Maserati MC20 Edo Competition chasing its top speed on Autobahn. Check out the video just how fast this car went on the German highway!
