Similarly, a revision of Rs. 2.75 per liter has been approved for diesel, bringing the new price to Rs. 278.96 per liter after the increase. In a move to provide relief, the price of kerosene oil has been reduced by Rs. 0.24 per liter, establishing the new rate at Rs. 186.62 per liter.
Furthermore, a moderate increase of Rs. 2.03 per liter has been sanctioned for light diesel oil, setting the new price at Rs. 166.86 per liter.
These adjustments come following the Prime Minister’s approval of the new prices for petroleum products.
