Drag cars, rally jeeps, or beast machines; You name it, we bring it!

Toyota Supra MK4 and Mitsubishi Evolution are not archrivals; they complement each other, and only car enthusiasts can understand this. We got our hands on these two fully blown beast machines in Faisalabad and thought we would review them for our readers.

Toyota Supra MK4

The Supra MK4 was owned by Dr. Shehroz, who is an occasional racer. It was previously in metallic silver and was re-painted in bright, tangy metallic paint to enhance its sporty appearance. It was a 1993 Toyota Supra, non-turbo variant converted to a twin Turbo after purchase. Being a project car, a number of upgrades were performed on it, like painting the front lip to Piano black, putting up Mickey Thompson wheels (which cost around 1 million), retuning its traction, and upgrading the cat-back exhaust from Pixi.

An upgraded aftermarket ECU was installed, after which the Supra MK4 required a basic oil and filter change every 5000 km, costing around Rs. 30,000.

Mitsubishi Evolution

The next speedster we reviewed was a 2003 Mitsubishi Evolution EVO7, bought back in 2020 with a manual transmission. It was a complete project car modified from head to toe, which included a built head, spring, retainer, valves, piston, aftermarket ECU, coilover, suspension, Brembo brakes, and clutch.

The Interior was given a sporty look with the installation of bucket-styled seats, gauges for temperature, fuel pressure, and turbo boost. After going through all these upgrades, this candy red thrill feast provides a dual average of 7km within the city and 12km on longer routes.
