As the annual religious congregation kicks off at Raiwind Phase One, the authorities have implemented comprehensive traffic management measures to ensure the smooth flow of attendees and maintain order during the event. The first phase of the gathering is set to continue from November 2nd to November 5th, followed by the conclusion of the second phase from November 9th to November 12th.
Sahi Fazal, the ASP President, will oversee the arrangements, ensuring that all security and traffic protocols are strictly adhered to. Thirteen DSPs and 203 traffic inspectors have been assigned under the supervision of divisional officers to manage the event effectively.

A total of 110 patrolling officers and 999 wardens are tasked with fulfilling their duties, as the City Traffic Officer (CTO) focuses on eliminating illegal parking. To address this issue, 10 tow lifters and 5 breakdown vehicles have been deployed.

Monitoringand surveillance in Raiwind have been enhanced with the establishment of a special control room and camp office, emphasizing the importance of maintaining law and order during the event.
Seven designated stands for participant vehicles have been allocated, with strict instructions from the CTO that parking is only allowed in these specified areas. Additionally, there is a ban on parking anywhere else in Raiwind.
To facilitate emergency services, all roads will be kept clear for ambulances and other emergency vehicles. The CTO has directed wardens to remain vigilant not only for traffic-related matters but also to keep a keen eye on suspicious individuals and unauthorized items.
Participants coming from GT Road will be directed towards Kala Shah Kaku, those from Rawalpindi and Islamabad will reach Raiwind via the Motorway, and those arriving from Okara will use Manga Bypass to access the Raiwind gathering.
In an effort to ensure a seamless traffic flow, specific roads such as Khawaja Road and Sander Road have been reserved exclusively for emergency vehicles. Strict directives have been issued that no vehicle will be allowed to approach Raiwind from Shahdra Chowk, Sagian Pull, or closed roads.
Participants from other provinces are advised to use the Motorway and Lahore Ring Road to reach the venue efficiently. With these meticulous traffic management plans in place, the Raiwind Phase One Annual Tablighi Gathering is set to proceed smoothly, fostering a secure and organized environment for all attendees.
