To ensure the prevention of such incidents in the future, the district police have deployed personnel at the location where the video was recorded. SP Mayank Chaudhry emphasized the need to uphold road safety standards and prevent reckless driving through water bodies.

With Christmas and New Year celebrations attracting hundreds of tourists to Himachal Pradesh, the incident raised concerns about the safety of both visitors and locals. The popular Atal Tunnel witnessed a surge in activity, with a record 28,210 vehicles crossing it in a single day.
