This enhanced engine catapults the Ultimae from 0 to 62 mph in a mere 2.8 seconds, despite retaining the single-clutch seven-speed automated manual transmission. In addition to the power boost, the Ultimae came with many of the Aventador’s desirable features as standard, including carbon-ceramic brakes and rear-axle steering introduced with the Aventador S.

With just 600 Ultimaes produced, a limited 250 of them were roadsters, ensuring their status as sought-after collectibles in the years ahead. Now, one of them is will be up for sale on RM Sotheby’s later this week as part of their Monterey auction event.
